Return & Refund Policy

At GadgetFinder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are easy, and if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the conditions outlined below.

Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unopened and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We gladly offer full refunds or replacements for defective items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the defective item and the packaging it arrived in.

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns (unopened items), customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, GadgetFinder will cover the return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this 12-hour window, your order will likely have already been processed and handed over to our fulfillment center for shipping, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please contact our support team.
